The concept C U Bacteria leverages the insight that all hospital personal battles infections every day and hate it more than anything. Holsten viral 2009

In 2009 this was a cutting edge campaign in Saudi Arabia. The users made more then 150.000 films and the site had more then 1.000.000 visitors during 4 month. After a year the site was still running with 500 visits each day.
